ATM & the World Wildlife Fund

ATM chosen to Save WWF's Hardware

ATM Technology Management, UK Nationwide Help Desk & Managed Services provider, has won a hardware support and maintenance contract with WWF - the global environment network. The new contract includes hardware maintenance and support for desktops, the server farm and printers at their two main offices in Godalming and another eight locations around the UK.

“Information is key to WWF, whether this be communicating with our supporters, sharing knowledge with other WWF offices around the world or ensuring that we have efficient and environmentally sound operations,” said David Southern, head of IT and facilities at WWF. “Following a thorough review of our service providers, we chose ATM based on our past experiences of working with them and the value for money they offered. They have always been both professional and responsive to our needs.”

Services provided

ATM is now supporting around 14 critical servers, 28 laser printers and 25 network devices located in WWF offices across the UK. The 12 month contract provides WWF with the reassurance of a speedy response and fix, in the event of hardware failure.

ATM’s services are also available with network monitoring, remote service desk and 24-hour help desk support.
