Coca-Cola Enterprises Ltd contracts ATM for IT support & logistics services

ATM has announced details of an IT support contract with Coca-Cola Enterprises to provide IT logistics services to support Coca-Cola Enterprises field staff.

The contract, with the nationwide provider of IT managed services, will provide Coca-Cola Enterprises with rapid on-site repair or replacement of faulty laptops, pen tablet computers, printers and peripherals throughout its UK field sales organisation.

ATM will work closely with the Coca Cola Enterprises Helpdesk Team to manage service activities and benefit from ATM's bespoke systems to track service requests, SLAs, inventory alterations, engineers' schedules, parts movements and workshop repairs.

ATM will also provide logistics services to ensure that equipment is properly cleaned, prepared, administered and distributed within Coca-Cola Enterprises field sales team.
