ATM hosts IBM Tivoli Monitoring Course
On Wednesday 28th Feb 2007 ATM was delighted to host an advanced training workshop on behalf of Mr John Willis from Capital Software. John is a leading Tivoli architect and trainer in the IBM/ESM space. He has delivered over 10,000 hours of training Tivoli products around the world and is considered an expert in ESM event management and monitoring. John has authored over 6 IBM Redbooks.
This specialist course was created by John to address demand for advanced skills in the latest ITM 6.1 software from IBM’s Tivoli software group. Topics such as Physical and Logical Architecture, Universal Adapter and SOAP interface were covered. The session proved popular with staff from major corporations representing the banking, insurance and IT consultancy sectors.
ATM has considerable experience working with Tivoli and is an IBM Advanced Business Partner. ATM works with diverse customers including large enterprises and SMB.
