Delivering Change
Software
Not all changes require personnel to attend your site locations. Where software is concerned there are ways of delivering Software Upgrades and other changes from a remote location if you have the Network Infrastructure to enable it. If not, we may be able to advise on the necessary steps you need to take to enable such remote changes to be applied.
Hardware
Where Hardware Changes & Upgrades are concerned there are also various ways of delivering the necessary changes to site. If you are using our Staging services then we can apply the changes to equipment that is already destined to be rolled out across your sites, ensuring that the impact on your business is minimal.
Technology Refresh
If you have a policy of refreshing your Hardware over a 3 year period (an industry standard scenario) then we can devise a support service that incorporates changes as the other service(s) are provided. Properly implemented this can be even more effective than using Staging Services.
