Installing IT Hardware & Software without the hassle

Whether you are opening a new office, updating an existing one or setting up a temporary Project based location, ATM is well practised at IT Installations & Software Distribution throughout the UK.

Pre Delivery

If your IT Hardware and / or Software is not to be delivered direct to site and requires storage or preparation work prior to delivery, ATM offers :

  • Hardware & Software Storage (Staging) ready for use
  • Preparation, Building and/or Upgrading the Equipment to specification and Testing
  • Imaging the Server / PC / Laptop
  • Hardware & Software Configuration
  • Hardware Asset Tagging

 

Delivery & Deployment

We can work with you to co-ordinate deliveries to site in a manner that will be the most cost effective for the Project. It is usually cheaper to organise the Installations in a sequence that involves the least travel time for the Installation team. Once on site Installation activities can include :

  • Install
  • Cabling
  • Configure on site for Network Access including assigning static IP Address if required
  • Configure Security & Access Control settings
  • Configure on site for Local or Network Printing
  • Remove & disposing of packaging

 

After Care

After an Installation or Rollout we can offer support that goes beyond the basic obligation to install the Hardware & Software correctly. We can provide User Training if your Users are unfamiliar with the new Hardware or Software and support them through the difficult first days of use.

We can also offer on site hand holding to resident IT Staff or those responsible for IT Management where no resident staff are present. Many of our previous Customers have found this a comfort knowing that we will have one or more on site engineers present during the post implementation period in case of unforeseen issues arising from the Installation or Rollout.
