We offer Nationwide Guaranteed Fix or Replace Support up to 24x7 for all Intel-based HP, Compaq, IBM & Dell Servers. We support Tower Servers, Rack Servers & Blade Servers, and offer many other Server Hardware & Software Support options.
Keep your options open
Unlike many manufacturer warranties and care pack type service offerings, our Server Support and Maintenance Services do not limit you to the Manufacturer's own hardware options, and third-party components such as memory and hard disk drives that are not part of the original specification can usually be covered.

Loan Units
Our nationwide team of Manufacturer Qualified and Accredited Engineers provide either an on-site repair, or if this cannot be achieved within the SLA, the installation of loan or exchange equipment to restore system functionality.
Automatic Escalation
All Server down incidents are managed by our Server Support specialists, and in the event that the Service Level Agreement (SLA) would be breached the call is automatically escalated to our Operations Director.
