Computer Maintenance - Service Level Options
Our standard Break Fix Maintenance contracts are based on a total call to fix time of typically four hour or eight hours, in or out of normal working hours. However, we can tailor our Computer Maintenance service options to your requirements, just ask.

Warranty Items on same Service Level
We can manage the Warranty on your existing Computers so that you have one point of contact for all your Computer Maintenance needs and everything will be maintained to the same service levels. You also benefit from the cost savings offered by using your Manufacturer Warranties wherever possible.
Loan Units available
We place great importance on achieving a first time fix, and if this cannot be achieved, we offer loan units of equivalent or better specification for short term workarounds.
Data Restore
ATM offers a cost effective Computer Maintenance service that goes beyond a simple third party break fix maintenance contract or service agreement and restores PCs to full operational status.
We offer a full system restoration service for Desktop and Tower PCs including optional Data Restore so work can resume as soon as the engineer leaves.
