Service Level Options
Our standard Laptop Maintenance and Hardware Support Contracts are based on a total call to fix time of typically four hour or eight hours, in or out of normal working hours.

Back to Full Working Order
We offer a full system restoration service for Laptop, Notebook and Tablet PCs including optional Data Restore so work can resume as soon as the engineer leaves.
Loan Units
We place great importance on achieving a first time fix, and if this cannot be achieved, we offer loan units for short term workarounds.
