ATM's Printer Maintenance Services are available UK Nationwide for fast, reliable maintenance of Laser, Inkjet, Dot Matrix, EPOS & many other Printers.
Our Printer & Plotter maintenance & support services cover many Manufacturers including:
We also cover EPOS Ticket & Receipt Printers as well as Office Network, Page & Multi-Function Printers.
Service Level Options
Our standard Printer Maintenance & Support Contracts and Service Level Agreements (SLA) are based on a total call to fix time of typically four hour or eight hours, in or out of normal working hours.

- 8 Hour Call-to-Fix
- Other options available on request
Hours of Cover Options
- 9.00 to 17.30 Monday to Friday
(excluding public and bank holidays) - 24 x 7 x 365

Loan Units
We place great importance on achieving a first time fix, and if this cannot be achieved, we offer loan units for short term workarounds.
Keeping your Printers running
We offer a range of services designed to keep your printers up and running without using up your staff's valuable time.
Consumables & Paper Management
Where we are providing On Site Staff to maintain and manage your Printers we can also offer the option of keeping your Printers topped up with Toner Cartridges, Ink Cartridges, Printer Ribbons & Paper as required.
Preventative Maintenance & Scheduled Refurbishments
Your Printers will need to have Maintenance Kits fitted, usually every 100,000 copies or so, during their operational lifetime. We can do this for you on a scheduled basis. That way you can budget to keep your Printers running with minimum expense.
