Remote Monitoring (Basic Service)

ATM's Basic Remote Monitoring service allows you to specify the Server & Network systems or other products to be monitored, and we send instant automatic alerts that require attention. Thus ensuring you are informed of problems. You can handle any alerts yourself together with support and advice from us.

Basic Monitoring is available as a stand-alone continuous monitoring service, or can be purchased with an ATM Maintenance Contract. Available at only a small additional cost, the result is a major improvement to most Vendor's Service Contracts and Manufacturer's Warranty Programmes. Without the need for Human intervention our Helpdesk Consultants are alerted of any impending or actual failures. You then benefit from improved reliability, quicker responses and greater uptime of your systems.

The Basic Monitoring service combining state of the art technology and ATM's Command & Control Centre can also be upgraded to include full operational management with our Monitoring and Management solution.
