ATM's Enhanced Monitoring is an upgrade to Basic Monitoring. This service monitors Hardware, Operating Systems and Applications. You specify the systems, software or products to be monitored and the integrity of your systems are managed effectively.
A safe and secure connection combining state of the art technology and ATM's Command & Control Centre sends information and alerts, which will be managed to a resolution. Operating System alerts can also be forwarded to your support staff in real-time so that failures in service may be resolved by your staff. This same technology and connection is utilised for the monitoring services provided by ATM.
Included in the service is a monitoring service for your e-mail and Internet access. The service will detect failures or impending failures, informing your support staff before your users do. Each month a report will be compiled with an analysis of the events and recommendations.
Enhanced Monitoring is available as a stand-alone service or purchased with an ATM Maintenance Contract. This arrangement deals with many of the numerous ongoing day-to-day service needs for today's IT Systems. ATM Consultants Monitor and Fix problems as they occur and in the event of a Hardware Failure, dispatch an Engineer or Replacement Part without you needing to intervene, affording you more time to concentrate on supporting the business or activities of your organisation.
