If you have issues with the reliability of your hardware or software you would benefit from a maintenance agreement to keep everything running. This would include fixed costs and agreed service levels, from standard weekday cover to 24x7.

In some cases problems can be automatically rectified so the issue need never bother you.

On Site Cover

Our Operating System Support services are normally provided by telephone and/or remote network response.

However, you can buy on-site days to cover specific situations:

  • When required following hardware failure
  • If necessary to determine whether a fault lies in the hardware, application software or network
  • When remote software support from the ATM Remote Support Desk is unable to resolve a problem
