Implementation Services
If your existing Anti Spam solution is causing you problems or you don't yet have a Spam Filtering solution in place, we can recommend and install one for you which will offer the following benefits:
- Simple Management from a central console application
- Email Support, both incoming and outgoing
- Good online support including a Knowledge base
- 24 hour telephone support if required
We can also update or replace an existing Anti-Spam package if required.
Following installation, we will backup the configuration where appropriate and retain a copy (with the Client's permission) for ongoing Support purposes.

We offer ongoing telephone and remote support as standard. If on-site presence is required we can provide this on an ad-hoc basis or regularly as part of a bespoke IT Support contract. Ongoing support can include the restoration of a backed-up configuration providing that backups have been performed at appropriate intervals and certainly after installation.
