Software Installation & Rollout

If you are not yet ready for Software Support because the software has not been installed yet, we can help you there too. We can install Software on a small scale for you in a local office or Roll Out a large Software Installation across the entire UK if required. Such rollouts can be tied in with other activities like site surveys and/or hardware installations at the same time if you wish.

Such rollouts are always specific to the Customer so please call to discuss your requirements.

On Site Cover

ATM's Software Support services are normally provided by telephone and/or remote network response, however, you can buy on-site days to cover specific situations:

  • When required following hardware failure
  • If necessary to determine whether a fault lies in the hardware, application software or network
  • When remote software support from the ATM Remote Service Desk is unable to resolve a problem

Our Software Support solutions provide reassurance to our Customers and control Software Support cost while they enjoy a very reliable service.
